What the estimate form collects
The form on the contact page asks for your name, phone number, email address and what kind of work you need. Two fields are optional: your town, and a description of the room. That is all of it. There are no hidden fields and nothing is collected that you did not type.
What happens to it
Your submission is saved in this website so it cannot be lost, and it is emailed straight to Greg. Nobody else receives it. It is not sold, rented, shared with a marketing company, or added to a mailing list, and there is no automated follow-up sequence. Greg reads them himself and calls you back.
How long it is kept
Estimate requests stay on file so there is a record of what was quoted and when. If you would like yours deleted, call or email and ask, and it will be removed.
What gets measured
This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone. Standard web analytics may be used to understand which pages people read and how they found the site, which is aggregate traffic data rather than anything that identifies you personally. The website host also keeps routine server logs, which is normal for any website.
Cookies
The site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a functional cookie if you log in to the site as an administrator, which does not apply to visitors.
Other websites
Some pages link out to the Google Business Profile listing so you can read the reviews at the source. Once you follow a link off this site, that company's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Questions, or asking for your data back
Call or email and ask. You can request a copy of what was submitted, have it corrected, or have it deleted. There is no form to fill in for this and no waiting period.
