Get a Free In-Home Estimate
I am usually on a job site, so calls go to voicemail more than I would like. Leave one and you will hear back the same day.
Free, in your home, and usually two or three days out. I measure everything and walk the whole thing with you before anything is priced.
The estimate is free, it happens in your home, and it is usually within two or three days of your call. I come out, measure, and walk the whole thing with you before anything gets priced. Work is priced by the square foot, and you get the estimate before I ask about your budget, deliberately, because I do not want you wondering whether I priced the floor or priced your wallet.
Three things and you are done
If you do not know what you need yet, pick "not sure" and tell me what the floor is doing. Half the people who call me start there.
(206) 510-1037Call or leave a voicemailHow a job actually starts
Four steps between your call and a signed contract. The order of the third one is deliberate and it is the part people remember.

What I take on
Small jobs and stairs on their own, and how each is priced so nothing in the estimate is a surprise. I do repairs too, though they are not what I chase: ask me and I will tell you honestly whether a repair is the right spend on your floor.
Nothing is too small
There is a minimum for getting a crew and machines to your house, so anything under 500 square feet is priced at a higher rate per square foot. I am still not going to turn down your hallway.
Fine on their own
Treads, risers and nosings are their own job and a lot of it is by hand. Plenty of people call about stairs alone after a carpet comes off, and I will take it.
