My dad started this in the 1980s and ran it for over thirty years. I grew up in it, bought it from him when he could not do the work any more, and I have had it for eight years.

Some of my best customers are builders, and a few of them have not used anybody else in years.
I do both the installation and the refinishing on a custom build, which is one sub instead of two and one person accountable for how the floor turns out. I hold the schedule I gave you and I carry the paperwork a licensed GC actually needs from a sub: L&I, insurance, signed contracts, and a written change order any time the scope moves.
